Fetch Global Media began with a vision to create entertainment that does more than entertain. Founder Harvey Palmer recognized the unique ability of memorable characters to communicate meaningful messages through storytelling, humor and imagination.
Drawing upon decades of experience in healthcare, human relationships and community service, he envisioned original characters capable of addressing real-world struggles while delivering encouragement, hope and inspiration.
That vision helped shape Muscle Dogg, a powerful yet compassionate animated character whose adventures and conversations blend biblical wisdom, everyday experiences and engaging entertainment.

Harvey Palmer
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerHarvey Palmer is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fetch Global Media, LLC. A retired Physician Associate with more than 33 years of clinical experience, he brings a distinctive perspective to the entertainment industry. He retired from medicine in 2021 to begin building the Muscle Dogg Universe.
Throughout his healthcare career, he witnessed the challenges people face physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. Those experiences shaped his belief in encouragement, compassion, personal responsibility and the enduring value of human life.
Combining his interests in storytelling, music, technology and character development, he established Fetch Global Media to create original entertainment with meaningful purpose. He leads the company's creative vision, intellectual property development, character direction and strategic growth. His flagship creation, Muscle Dogg, embodies his commitment to combining engaging entertainment with messages of hope, faith and personal transformation.

Fetch Global Media, LLC manages all licensing for Muscle Dogg and the related characters of the Muscle Dogg Universe. Every licensing request goes through Fetch Global Media. These terms explain how licensing works.
No license without a written agreement
No license, right or permission to use Muscle Dogg or any other Fetch Global Media character, name, logo, artwork, footage, music or other property is granted by this Site, by any conversation, by email, or by our failure to object to a use. A license exists only when it is set out in a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of Fetch Global Media, LLC.
How to request a license
Send a business inquiry through our contact form or to info@fetchglobalmedia.com with your company name, the property you are interested in, the proposed product or use, territory, channels, timeline and expected volume.
What we evaluate
- Alignment with our values and the character's identity, including faith, integrity and respect for human life.
- Quality of the product or use and protection of the character's approved design.
- Your business reputation, experience and ability to deliver.
- Commercial terms and brand fit.
Standard conditions of any license
- All uses must follow our approved character designs and brand guidelines. New, altered or AI-generated versions of our characters are not permitted without written approval.
- We approve samples, artwork and marketing before release.
- Licenses are limited to the specific products, territory and term stated in the agreement and may not be transferred or sublicensed without consent.
- All goodwill and rights in our properties remain with Fetch Global Media and its licensors.
- We may end a license for breach, including any use that harms the reputation of our characters or company.
Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation for either party. We review requests individually and may decline any request.

What counts as an unsolicited submission
Any script, story, treatment, character, artwork, song, lyric, format, game concept or other creative material that we did not specifically request in writing, sent through this Site, email, social media, mail or any other channel.
Please do not send them
If you send unsolicited material anyway, you agree that:
- it is not confidential, and no confidential or business relationship is created;
- we have no obligation to review, return, keep or compensate you for it, and we may delete it unread;
- we may already be developing, or may later develop, similar ideas independently, and you will have no claim against Fetch Global Media for doing so.

If you are an artist, animator, writer, musician or producer interested in collaborating, send a short introduction and links to your published portfolio through our contact form, without attaching unpublished ideas.
